If you have specific questions, we'll try and answer them for you.
This is a community event, and we can't do it without a crew of able volunteers. We need volunteers ahead of the event (set-up, decorations, kitchen), volunteers during the event (door, punch servers, coffee makers, etc.), and especially volunteers to help with clean-up afterward. Each volunteer job takes approximately one and a half hours.
